Your First Visit

Here is what to expect when you make an appointment.

History

Your first visit begins with a history in order to determine the possible cause and severity of the problem. We want to know your goals and how we can help you get there.

Exam

During the exam, we analyze your posture, range of motion, and strength. We will focus on movements that are causing your discomfort as well as discuss treatment options.

Treatment

Our treatment style combines a number of therapies with gentle adjustments. We work closely with you to continue and/or modify the course of care as needed.
